Europejska F3 Open Sezon 2013 – trzynasty sezon od utworzenia Euroformula Open Championship. Rozpoczął się 27 kwietnia na francuskim torze Circuit Paul Ricard, a zakończył 10 listopada na Catalunyi. Tytuł w klasyfikacji kierowców zdobył Brytyjczyk z paszportem Zjednoczonych Emiratów Arabskich Ed Jones, a wśród zespołów – włoska ekipa RP Motorsport.
