Auto GP Sezon 2012 – trzeci sezon od utworzenia serii w 2010 roku. Sezon zaczął się 11 marca podczas Grand Prix na torze Monza we Włoszech, a zakończył się 23 września na torze Sonoma w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Tytuł w klasyfikacji kierowców zdobył Brytyjczyk Adrian Quaife-Hobbs, a w klasyfikacji zespołów brytyjski Super Nova International.

Kalendarz na sezon 2012 został zatwierdzony 23 grudnia 2011 roku. Wszystkie rundy w kalendarzu towarzyszą serii WTCC. 9 marca 2012 roku poinformowano, że runda w Portugalii odbędzie się nie na torze Autódromo do Estoril, ale Autódromo Internacional do Algarve.
