Kompleks zajmuje obszar 3,9 km² w dzielnicy Pudong w Szanghaju. Składa się z parku tematycznego Shanghai Disneyland, dwóch hoteli (Shanghai Disneyland Hotel i Toy Story Hotel) oraz kompleksu handlowo-rozrywkowego Disneytown.
