W dniu 1 stycznia 2017 roku z połączenia trzech ówczesnych gmin – Ingrandes-de-Touraine, Saint-Michel-sur-Loire oraz Saint-Patrice – utworzono nową gminę Coteaux-sur-Loire. Siedzibą gminy została miejscowość Saint-Patrice.
