Rugby Canada Super League 2003 – szósta edycja najwyższej klasy rozgrywkowej w rugby union w Kanadzie. Zawody odbywały się w dniach 24 maja–26 lipca 2003 roku.

Niespodziewanie dywizję wschodnią wygrała drużyna Toronto Xtreme, założona przez byłych zawodników i trenerów występującego rok wcześniej zespołu Toronto Renegades. W wielkim finale uległa jednak Calgary Mavericks 40–24.
