Album został wydany 11 grudnia 2012 roku przez należącą do Metalliki wytwórnię płytową, Blackened Recordings.

22 października 2012 roku opublikowana została lista utworów, data premiery oraz okładka albumu, zaś 19 listopada udostępniono 33-sekundową zapowiedź albumu.
