New Brunswick Scotties Tournament of Hearts 2011 – prowincjonalne mistrzostwa Nowego Brunszwiku kobiet w curlingu, eliminacje do Scotties Tournament of Hearts 2011.
Turniej finałowy odbył się w dniach 26-30 stycznia 2011 w Moncton, na lodowisku Curling Beausejour Inc. Turniej eliminacyjny (Scotties Provincial Preliminary) rozegrano między 17 a 19 grudnia 2010 w Saint John, na lodowisku Carleton Curling Club. W eliminacjach wzięło udział 10 drużyn, z czego 8 awansowało do turnieju finałowego.
Tytuł mistrzyń Nowego Brunszwiku obroniła drużyna Andrei Kelly.
