NHL Winter Classic – tradycjne spotkania ligi NHL rozgrywane w okresie noworocznym na otwartych stadionach w ramach sezonu regularnego. Pierwszy mecz z cyklu NHL Winter Classic rozegrany został 1 stycznia 2008 roku pomiędzy drużynami Buffalo Sabres i Pittsburgh Penguins. W roku 2013 z powodu lokautu zawody nie odbyły się. Dotychczas wszystkie spotkania odbyły się na terenie Stanów Zjednoczonych. W meczach drużyny występują w strojach retro nawiązujących do lat poprzednich, specjalnie przygotowanych na tę okazję.
