Lycophidion multimaculatum – gatunek niewielkiego, jajorodnego, niejadowitego węża należącego do rodziny Lamprophiidae.

Najdłuższa zanotowana samica mierzyła 47,5 centymetra, samiec zaś 28,6 centymetra. Występuje w Afryce Południowej.
