Joel Banks (ur. 3 kwietnia 1975 w Portsmouth) – brytyjski trener siatkarski. Gdy był siatkarzem grał jako rozgrywający. Od 2019 roku był szkoleniowcem męskiej reprezentacji Finlandii. W 2022 został trenerem Skry Bełchatów i funkcję tę sprawował do końca stycznia 2023. W 2023 podpisał kontrakt z drużyną Berlin Recycling Volleys.
