Hyloxalus exasperatus (syn.Colostethus exasperatus) — gatunek płaza umieszczony w rodzinie drzewołazowatych.

Występowanie

Podobnie, jak Hyloxalus awa, Hyloxalus exasperatus jest gatunkiem endemicznym występującym tylko na terenie Ekwadoru. Żyje na wschodnich stokach Andów w prowincji Morona Santiago (południowy Ekwador). Dalsze badania mogą pokazać, że zasięg jest w istocie szerszy.

Zamieszkuje tereny górskie poniżej linii lasu i rzeki. Jest to gatunek zagrożony w związku z niszczeniem jego środowiska naturalnego przez człowieka. Występuje na wysokości od 970 do 1981 metrów nad poziomem morza.
