Georg Heinrich Borowski (1746-1801) – niemiecki biolog, profesor na wydziale historii naturalnej i ekonomiki na Brandenburgische Universität Frankfurt. Opisał naukowo w 1781 roku humbaka (Megaptera novaeangliae) pod nazwą Balaena novaeangliae.
