Sezon 2013 Formuły 4 BRDC – pierwszy sezon Formuły 4 BRDC.

Mistrzem serii został Jake Hughes startujący w zespole Lanan Racing.

Samochód

W sezonie stosowane były identyczne samochody, zbudowane przez Ralph Firman Racing modele MSV F4-013. Samochody zostały zaprojektowane z uwzględnieniem współczesnej technologii i spełniały standardy bezpieczeństwa zgodnie z artykułem 277 standardów bezpieczeństwa FIA.

Samochody zostały zbudowane wokół kratownicy przestrzennej z założeniem wytrzymałości, niskich kosztów i łatwości naprawy. Przednie i tylne struktury uderzeniowe zostały wykonane z włókna węglowego, a sekcje boczne Diolen zostały wzmocnione. Przednie koła miały średnicę 8 cali, a tylne – 10. Opony zostały dostarczone przez Yokohamę. Czterotłoczkowe hamulce zostały wyprodukowane przez AP Racing.

Na zawieszenie składały się podwójne wahacze, popychacze, stabilizatory poprzeczne i amortyzatory Bilstein.

Silnik o pojemności dwóch litrów i mocy 185 KM został wyprodukowany przez Duratec, a system zarządzania silnikiem – przez Coswortha. Sześciobiegowa półautomatyczna skrzynia biegów została wyprodukowana przez Sadev. Spiekowe sprzęgło wyprodukowała firma AP Racing.

Mistrzostwa liczyły osiem weekendów wyścigowych. Podczas każdego były rozgrywane trzy dwudziestominutowe wyścigi poprzedzone jedną dwudziestominutową sesją kwalifikacyjną. Niektóre eliminacje towarzyszyły zawodom Formuły 3, GT lub DTM. Punktowanych było pierwszych 20 miejsc, a zwycięzca otrzymywał 30 punktów.
