Jindřich Rajchl (born 27 September 1976) is a Czech activist, politician, lawyer and former football ambassador. In the sports environment, he was associated with controversial people such as František Chvalovský[1][2] and Ivan Hašek.[3] As an activist, he spoke at a number of demonstrations against the coronavirus measures and against the Cabinet of Petr Fiala.[4]

Rajchl was a member of the Tricolour Citizens' Movement, where he ran for the 2018 Czech presidential elections candidacy,[5] but gave up prior to the election. According to some sources, he participates in the spread of misinformation in the Czech Republic.[6][7]

Biography

Rajchl graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague.[8] He was brought into football by František Chvalovský, who worked as the executive director of then-Czech First League club FK Chmel Blšany from 2002 until 2005.[9] As a footballer, Rajchl played for Dukla Prague, then became vice-chairman of the Football Association of the Czech Republic (FAČR).[10]

In 2011, Rajchl failed his candidacy as chairman of FAČR when Roman Berbr did not choose him according to the website Aktuálně.cz. He was also linked to another football ambassador, Ivan Hašek.[11]
