Early life

Frost was born in Cornwall, Ontario, and raised in the small suburb of Ingleside.[4] He graduated from Cornwall Collegiate and Vocational School (CCVS).[5]

Career

In 2014, Frost was lobbied by members of the community to run for a seat on the city council.[6] On October 27, 2014, he was elected, having finished eighth out of twenty-nine candidates.[7]

A failed business resulted in heavy public ridicule and Frost resigned his seat after 364 days of being elected.[8][9]

In 2017, he became licensed as a mortgage agent.
