One Thousand Fanged Whispers [General]
3e Summary::The voices in your head sometimes speak out loud.
Prerequisite: Truespeak 10 ranks.
Benefit: Once per day you may gain a +10 circumstance bonus to any Truespeak check you make, but at a slight cost: 1d4 rounds after using this feat you automatically become dazed for 1d4 rounds as you stop to listen to the voices in your mind.
