胜遇

     Yǒu niǎo yān. Qí zhuàng rú zhái ér chì, míng yuē qìngyù. Shì shí yú, qí yīn rú lù, jiàn zé qí guó dàshuǐ. [Pinyin]

     There is a bird, which looks like 翟, the long-tailed pheasant, but is red in color. It is called 胜遇. It consumes fish and sounds like 錄 (= 鹿, “deer”). If it is seen, the country shall have great floods.
