Kariera wyścigowa
Soper rozpoczął karierę w międzynarodowych wyścigach samochodowych w 1980 roku od startów w klasie C BARC Modified Sports Car Championship. Uzbierane 59 punktów pozwoliło mu zdobyć tytuł mistrza tej serii.
