Secondary Arms [Monstrous]
3e Summary::Your secondary arms are as powerful as your primary, and can do everything they can.
Prerequisite: A second pair of arms, such as the Qua-Vel, which is weaker than your primary arms in function.
Benefit: Your secondary arms are as strong as your primary arms, enabling them to use weapons.
Normal: Your secondary arms cannot use weapons and do not have full function.
