Chant of Renewal [Troglodyte]
You are able to heal those around you with a brief chant.
Prerequisite: Troglodyte, Trained in Arcana or Religion
Benefit: You can swap one 2nd-level or higher Utility power you know for the Chant of Renewal power.

| Target: All allies in Burst. | |
| Effect: All allies in Burst regain hit points equal to their Healing Surge value without having to spend one. | |
